How to lock in the rate

An inquiry starts the conversation. Your date and rate are confirmed after the required booking steps are complete.
Share your wedding details.
Send your 2027 date, venue or city, guest count, reception timeline and the services you are considering.
Review your proposal.
We check availability and prepare a custom quote with your coverage, setup and optional services.
Complete booking by December 31.
Finish all required steps in your agreement by December 31, 2026 to secure the current base rate for an available 2027 date.
